Cuisine Excellence was established in 1989 by Brothers Nigel and Roger Lyons, who still own and run the business together.
We cater for a large and diverse range of events including weddings, annual dinners and balls, corporate events, business luncheons – from sandwich platters to executive buffets, BBQs and hog roasts, funerals, hot and cold finger and fork buffets, daily food deliveries and private parties.
We use the freshest quality food available, locally sourced where possible, which are prepared in our purpose built kitchens in Aylesbury. Our premises hold the highest awards from the local environmental health department and we deliver all food in refrigerated vehicles.
